Your website and your use of the Service may not include or involve: (a) unlawful content or promotion of illegal activity; (b) false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about your business, prices, or services; (c) content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights; (d) impersonation of another business or person, or use of a confusingly similar name intended to divert their customers; (e) hateful, harassing, or defamatory content; (f) sexually explicit material; (g) malware, phishing, or deceptive links; or (h) spam or unsolicited bulk messaging conducted through or promoted by your site.

You may not claim licenses, insurance, bonding, certifications, awards, or affiliations you do not hold. Trust claims appear on your site only after you confirm them and we verify them, and you must tell us promptly if any credential lapses or changes. Fabricated reviews, testimonials, or social proof are prohibited - on our platform, only genuine ones appear.

You are responsible for having the rights to all photos, logos, and text you provide, including permission from any identifiable people in photos. Stock or third-party images may be used only under a valid license.

We review every site before it goes live. We may decline, edit, or remove content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP, and for material or repeated violations we may suspend or terminate the Service as described in the Terms of Service. Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to fix the problem first.

If you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to hello@aladdin21.com with the subject “DMCA Notice,” or by mail to Aladdin21 Company, Chicago, Illinois, USA. We will respond expeditiously, including removing or disabling access to the identified material where appropriate, notifying the site owner, and accepting counter-notifications as provided by law. We may terminate the sites of repeat infringers.
