Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time from your account - one click, no phone call required, no retention hoops. If you prefer, you may also cancel by emailing hello@aladdin21.com or calling (773) 495-0730, and we will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Your website stays live through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then is taken offline. Partial periods are not refunded (see the Refund Policy); your service simply runs to the end of the paid period.

Before your access ends we offer a free export of your site content - your text, photos, business information, and leads - in a portable format. Any domain we bought for you goes with you: we transfer it to a registrar account of your choosing, free of charge (see the Domain Policy).

After your site goes offline, we retain your data for a limited wind-down period in case you return, then delete or de-identify it per our Privacy Policy. You may request earlier deletion.

If your work is seasonal or you need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months for a reduced holding fee instead of cancelling. While paused, your domain and content are kept and your site can be restored in one step. If a pause ends without reactivation, we will contact you before any further charge.

We may cancel or suspend service for non-payment or policy violations as described in the Terms of Service, with notice and a chance to cure where practicable. If we discontinue the Service generally, you receive at least 60 days' notice, a refund of any prepaid amounts covering the period after discontinuation, and your free content export.
