Refund Policy

You pay nothing until you explicitly approve your site preview, so there is nothing to refund before that point. The build itself costs you nothing if you never approve.

If what we deliver materially differs from the preview you approved, or we materially fail to deliver the Service you paid for, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will first work with you to make it right; if we cannot, we will refund that charge in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.

Domain registrations and renewals are paid to the registry on your behalf and are generally non-refundable once registered. The domain itself is not lost: we transfer it to a registrar account of your choosing, free of charge, whenever you ask (see the Domain Policy).

Partial billing periods after cancellation are not refunded; your service runs to the end of the paid period. Charges older than 14 days are generally not refundable except where required by law or in cases of billing error, which we always correct.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at hello@aladdin21.com or (773) 495-0730 - verified billing errors are refunded promptly and in full. Initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized, without contacting us first, may result in suspension of the Service while the dispute is resolved.
